I’m a writer and a performing artist so I was really drawn to all of the little corners and nooks to work in — a deeply inspiring place. We’ve planned our next writer’s retreat here as well because it really was the perfect getaway for an artist. The host was so kind and accommodating, my entire team felt so taken care of.  By the end of our stay, we didn’t want to leave. A truly special house! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Hudson."

“From start to finish, Long Story Short was an amazing stay! As a set designer for photo and video shoots, I’m a sucker for historic homes with cool vignettes, and this was one of the most charming ones I’ve ever stayed in. The home itself is filled with so many perfect sweet touches and extra special amenities. The location is amazing and allowed us to really enjoy all of Warren Street with total ease. We hit different shops, cafes, and restaurants every day. The house had everything we needed and more!
